PINTU Incubator 2025 is structured as an intensive six-month journey, designed to equip fashion entrepreneurs with a solid foundation in both creative and commercial aspects. The program kicks off in March with a series of mentoring sessions and workshops, each carefully crafted to address crucial aspects of running a fashion business. With ten distinct class categories, participants will gain expertise in Business Plan development, Export-Import regulations, Finance and Accounting, Merchandising strategies, and Legal frameworks. Additionally, participants will have the privilege of learning from LPTB Susan, a renowned fashion institution that has shaped some of Indonesia’s most successful designers.
One of the standout features of this incubator program is the hands-on approach through Product Workshops and Branding sessions. These classes ensure that participants not only understand the theoretical aspects of brand development but also apply them practically to enhance their fashion lines. To provide an international perspective, participants will also have exclusive one-on-one mentoring sessions with French fashion experts, giving them insights into global market trends, consumer behavior, and high-end fashion branding strategies. This exposure is crucial for fashion brands looking to expand beyond local markets and establish a strong international presence.
A significant highlight of the PINTU Incubator 2025 is the special Sharing Session with Mr. Irwan Mussry, one of Indonesia’s most prominent entrepreneurs in the luxury fashion sector. As a leading operator and distributor of global luxury brands, Mr. Mussry will share his experiences, insights, and strategies on navigating the fast-evolving world of high-end fashion. His session promises to be an invaluable learning opportunity, offering participants a rare glimpse into the business side of luxury fashion and the intricacies of building a successful brand in an increasingly competitive landscape.
Throughout the program, participants will engage in a total of 29 mentoring sessions with esteemed mentors from diverse backgrounds. The 2025 lineup includes some of the most influential names in the industry, such as Thresia Mareta, Susan Budiharjo, Andi Yuktipada, Dr. Andreas Kiki, Ari Handojo, Iman Nurakhmad Fajar, Lydia Kartawidjaja, Nur Amalyna Yusrin, Phoa Bing Hauw, Yosua Yosafat, Amandine Chiron, and Lydia Harroch. Each mentor brings a wealth of knowledge and experience, ensuring that participants receive well-rounded guidance tailored to their specific business needs.
As part of the program, the incubator will conduct a rigorous second curation process on June 30. Only the most promising brands will proceed to the next phase, where they will receive additional mentorship and refinement before showcasing their collections at JF3. This second curation is not only led by PINTU’s core curators but also involves fashion experts from France, bringing an international perspective to the selection process. This ensures that only the most innovative and market-ready brands are given the platform to present their work to a global audience.
Following the second curation, the program enters its most intensive phase. At the end of July, participants will engage in a Focus Week with mentors from Expert Fashion France, allowing them to refine their collections with direct feedback from international industry professionals. In August, the Final Curation will take place, determining the brands that will move forward to the next stage. September marks the beginning of preparatory and intensive classes, equipping selected participants with the necessary tools and strategies to successfully present their collections at the prestigious Premiere Classe Paris Trade Show in October 2025.
The PINTU Incubator 2025 is more than just an incubator program; it is a transformative journey designed to elevate emerging fashion brands to new heights. By providing structured mentoring, exposure to international markets, and a platform to showcase their work, PINTU is fostering the next generation of fashion entrepreneurs. This initiative is a testament to the power of well-curated fashion incubators in shaping the future of the industry. For aspiring designers looking to break barriers and expand their horizons, this incubator program offers an unparalleled opportunity to turn their fashion dreams into reality.
